We ship most items the same day when your order is in by 1pm. Additionally we send orders Monday to Friday and not usually at the weekend, also please allow for travel disruptions, strikes etc – If you choose Special Delivery you should get your order the next working day by 1pm. 

We want you to be happy, you have 28 days return to us warranty. 

First you will need to cancel your existing order and then re create a new order.

Yes, once your order has been dispatched we will send to you your tracking details.

Let us know straight away, we will then cancel your order so you can then re order.

We ship all over with the exception of Russia, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Syria and the Donetsk regions. 

Yes as long as they were ordered at the same time with the exception of items that are out of stock, custom made etc.
